依頼者さん及びタスカジさんが円滑にお取引を進められるよう、2024年11月20日付で利用規約の改定を行いました。以下に変更点をご説明します。ご確認のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
＜背景＞
多くの皆様がルールを守って適切なお取引をしていただいている一方で、大変残念なことに、依頼者・タスカジさんのどちらにおいても、これまでに複数件の「直接取引の実施」や「直接取引の打診」行為が確認されています。
「タスカジ」を利用して知り合った依頼者・タスカジさんと本サービスを介さずに直接取引の実施または打診を行うこと（※退会後を含む）は、当社ひいては他のユーザーの皆様の利益を不当に奪い、タスカジの運営のみならず全ユーザーに不利益を与える重大な違反行為です。
全ユーザーの皆様にご不安やご心配を感じさせるだけでなく、皆様にご利用いただいているタスカジのプラットフォームのブランドを毀損させる深刻な事態に繋がるため、利用規約にて「禁止事項」としており、１回でアカウント停止処分ならびに違約金支払いが生じます。
なお、メールやLINE等のSNSアカウントを共有しタスカジのシステム外へ誘導することは「禁止事項」としていますが、直接取引の実施が疑われるような対応が確認された場合にも、一旦アカウントを停止し関係者へのヒアリングを進めるなど、厳重に確認をさせていただいております。
これまでに違反が確認されたものにつきましては、当社より違約金請求を行っており、実際に違約金の支払いになったケースが発生しています。
今回はその内容について、定義を明確にする記載変更をいたしました。
なお、直接取引の内容以外についても改定箇所があります。あわせてご確認ください。
＜変更点（依頼者さん・タスカジさん共通）＞
- 本サービスのアカウントの第三者への譲渡、貸与禁止について、親族も含まれることを追記しました。（依頼者利用規約・タスカジさん利用規約 第3条 (15)）
- タスカジのプラットフォーム上で出会ったユーザーとタスカジのシステムを介さない直接契約およびタスカジ以外の家事代行サービスへの誘導や依頼実施を禁止することについて、明確に定義し記載する変更を行いました。（依頼者利用規約 第4条(6), 第10条(13)・タスカジさん利用規約 第4条(8), 第10条(14)）
- タスカジのプラットフォーム上で出会ったユーザーと家事代行業務の提供以外の目的ならびに営利を目的とした利用を禁止することを明確に記載する変更を行いました。（依頼者利用規約 第10条(14)・タスカジさん利用規約 第10条(15)）

タスカジは、依頼者とタスカジさんが集うコミュニティにてお互いが持つリソース（お金・時間・スキルなど）をシェアし合うことで、依頼者とタスカジさんの双方がメリットを享受することができる共助のサービスです。本サービスに登録している依頼者ニーズ・タスカジさん稼働枠は、本サービスにおけるいわば共有財産です。
そのため、依頼者・タスカジさん双方の信頼性を保てるように様々な規約を設けていますが、利用規約に違反する行為や、コミュニティの秩序を乱し、誠実にルールを守って適正な取引をしているユーザーへ迷惑をかける行為に対しては、厳重に対応を行っていく所存です。
このような事態が発生しないよう、今後もルール違反の抑止を担保する仕組みを強化してまいります。

Partial Revision to the Terms and Conditions In November 2024 (For Clients and Taskaji-san)
To facilitate smooth transactions between clients and Taskaji-san (housekeepers), we have revised the Terms and Conditions. We kindly ask you to review them and continue to use our service upon agreement.
<Context>
This notice is being sent to reiterate the prohibition against "direct transactions," which are considered a violation of Taskaji's policies.
While most users adhere to the rules and engage in proper transactions, it is regrettable that multiple instances of "engaging in direct transactions" or "soliciting direct transactions" have been identified among both clients and Taskaji providers.
Conducting or soliciting direct transactions with clients or Taskaji-san(Housekeepers) you have connected with through Taskaji without using our platform (including after account deactivation) is a serious violation. Such actions unfairly harm the interests of our company and other users, and they negatively affect not only Taskaji’s operations but also the entire community of users.
These activities not only cause anxiety and concern among our users but also seriously damage the brand and reputation of the Taskaji platform. As stated in our terms of use, they are strictly prohibited. Any such action results in immediate account suspension and penalties, including the payment of damages. Sharing contact information, such as email or social media accounts (e.g., LINE), to conduct transactions outside Taskaji’s system is also prohibited. Even actions that suggest potential direct transactions are thoroughly investigated, including account suspension and hearings with involved parties.
In cases where violations have been confirmed, our company has pursued claims for damages, and there have been instances where penalties were enforced and paid.
This notice also includes updates to clarify the definition of prohibited activities.
Additionally, other revisions have been made beyond those regarding direct transactions. Please review these changes as well.

The needs of registered clients and the availability of Taskaji-san represent shared assets within this service.
To maintain the trustworthiness of both clients and Taskaji-san, we have established various regulations. However, we are committed to taking strict action against any acts that violate the terms of use, disrupt the community's order, or inconvenience users who faithfully follow the rules and engage in fair transactions.
To prevent such situations from occurring, we will continue to strengthen our systems to ensure compliance and deter rule violations. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
